Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Lewis Gunn Personal Training. I am committed to providing high-quality personal training, coaching, and programming. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our services or subscriptions.



1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of online coaching, custom program delivery, and the reservation of professional time for in-person/hybrid coaching, all sales are final, and payments are non-refundable except under the specific conditions outlined below.



2. Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK / EU Consumers)

In accordance with online consumer protection regulations, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the exact date of your initial purchase.

If you wish to cancel within this 14-day window and have not yet accessed your custom training app, received personalized workout programming, or commenced face-to-face sessions, you are entitled to a full refund.

Waiver of Cooling-Off Period: If you request immediate access to your customized training program, onboarding materials, or app-based coaching within those 14 days, you expressly agree that the service has begun. Consequently, your right to a refund under the 14-day cooling-off period is waived once service execution has started.



3. Subscription Cancellations

Recurring Payments: If you are signed up for an ongoing monthly coaching subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel: You can cancel your upcoming payments by notifying Lewis Gunn directly via email or through your client account portal at least [e.g., 7 days] before your next billing cycle.

Access After Cancellation: Once a subscription is canceled, you will retain full access to your coaching services and app until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds will be given for unused days within a current billing cycle.



4. Personal Training Packages & 1-on-1 Sessions

In-Person Sessions: Individual face-to-face sessions canceled with less than [e.g., 24 hours] notice are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Pre-Paid Blocks/Packages: Multi-session packages or block bookings are non-refundable once purchased, and any unused sessions must be used within [e.g., 3 months] of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.



5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected life events (such as severe injury, illness, or relocation) can happen. If you need to pause or cancel your training due to exceptional medical circumstances, please contact me directly. Any accommodations or partial refunds granted in these cases are entirely at the discretion of Lewis Gunn.
